Corrections I particularly want

Four things on this site go out of date without warning, and a reader standing in front of the building will know before I do:

• What is currently closed for restoration, and whether the Templar castle is open. Reviewers told this site the castle was shut; the operator’s pages I have read do not say so, and I would rather have a fifth account than a fourth.
• Opening hours and last entry, in either season, if they have moved.
• A meeting point that has changed, especially on the listings that meet at the car park at the top of the hill rather than in the town.
• A listing whose inclusions now say something different from what is quoted on all eighteen listings. That page quotes their own words, so their own words changing is the thing that breaks it.

What I cannot help with

Your booking. This site is an independent guide, not a tour operator and not a ticket seller: bookings are made on GetYourGuide and only they can change, move or refund one. Your confirmation email has the route in. I also cannot get you into the convent on a day it is shut, and one of those days is 1 March, which catches people out every year (the closure list).

If a quotation on this site misrepresents your listing, tell me and I will check it against the page and correct it. Reviews are quoted as their authors wrote them and attached to the listing they were left on, and that will not change. No company is named anywhere on this site, deliberately.
